Me, Myself and Ibuprofen!
Nov 1st
So, what did you think?
Two great performances from two great groups that are poles apart. First up was Bon Jovi with a great rendition of their new song, they really showed X Factor how to sing live. Next up was JLS, and for some strange reason there was a slight feeling of pride seeing the ‘fab-four’ up on stage, knowing that my votes last year contributed ever so minutely to them being where they are now! Their new song ‘Everybody in Love’ is very catchy, and I would be suprised if they are not the ones to knock Cheryl off of the top spot when it is released.
Next up is the results and I have to say that I’m not suprised with the bottom two this week. It is obvious that a section of the public like ‘Jedward’, although they must all hide-out together, as no-one ever admits to voting for them. Lloyd is OK but he is not great, and the only thing keeping him in is his looks, and the fact that he was in the bottom 2 this week tells us that looks can’t get you to the final. When it comes down to Rachel, I am not suprised she was in the bottom 2 as people are not voting for her, she has an amazing voice, last night was her best performance and one of the best performances of the night, but at the end of the day there are other people in the competition with great voices and bigger personalities, everyone has to leave the competition and tonight was her night!
Man of the Match: This accolade has to go to Simon Cowell, every week his comments get funnier and funnier. I love the banter between the judges, it is half the fun of the show, so those of you that are moaning about it taking over the show, would you rather this panel or the Strictly panel?YAWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Looking forward to next week already!!!!!!!

Proving The X Factor has something for everyone, classic rock will be meeting urban pop in a scintillating showdown of talent on next week’s Live Results Show (Sunday, 1st November)
Since making it to the finals in the last series JLS have had the kind of success that this year’s contestants dream of. Now, with a Number 1 single and two MOBO awards under their low-slung belts, the fab foursome are set to return to The X Factor stage to perform their latest potential chart topper Everybody in Love.
But that’s not all, oh no…fully fledged superstars Bon Jovi will also be gracing our screens on the very same night performing their new single We Weren’t Born to Follow. Having sold over 120 million albums world wide and survived the crazy days of the poodle perm these guys are close to legend status… and next week they’ll finally be back on British soil and ready to rock!
