UPDATE (01/11/09): I no longer think Danyl will win this competition, It seems he was only good at singing one song! My votes go to Jamie, Olly & Stacey!

Rock star Sting has called the X Factor “televised karaoke” and said judges like Simon Cowell have “no recognisable talent apart from self-promotion”.

Broadcasting watchdog Ofcom says it is not investigating some 3,000 complaints to ITV about X Factor hopefuls John and Edward Grimes staying in the contest.

I don’t watch the x factor audition stages because I hate seeing people being made fun of, I’m too soft! But I did see this fella on youtube. He didn’t just sing…he PERFORMED which made his first audition so great! x

LOL, the auditions are great, Im sure that most of the bad people that go on that show know they are bad but just go on the show to be on TV!!!
